Frequently asked questions

What is an SLA?

An SLA (Service Level Agreement) is an agreement defining the level of services provided. It sets out what happens to your website or online store after launch: who looks after it, how quickly we respond when something goes wrong and exactly what is included in the monthly fee. It gives you certainty and predictable costs instead of last-minute problem solving, while allowing us to reserve people and technical resources in advance.

Specifically, an SLA answers the following questions:

  • Where and how the project runs: hosting, capacity and daily data backups.
  • How quickly we take ownership of and resolve reported issues: support coverage and response times.
  • Whether, and at what level, availability to your visitors is guaranteed.
  • How we keep track of the project to detect outages or errors promptly: monitoring.
  • How often we update technical components for security and how we address serious vulnerabilities.
  • What else we look after for you: third-party licences and services, traffic protection, reporting or dedicated developer capacity.
What if I need to change an item in the proposed SLA?

Contact your consultant and explain which item you would like to change and why. We will prepare an adjusted SLA option based on your needs.

I already pay for hosting, a server or ongoing management. Are these services included in the SLA?

The SLA brings together key (ant) services for operation, management and support. The final option will take into account services you already use from (ant), so you will not pay for them twice.

What is the minimum SLA term?

The SLA is entered into for an indefinite term, with a minimum duration of 12 months. After that, it may be terminated with three months’ notice. A longer commitment allows us to reserve the necessary capacity and related services in advance.

What does the agreement look like, and what are its terms?

You can view the sample agreement below. The annex will be adjusted to match the finally confirmed scope of services and prices; your consultant can help you with the specific wording.
